About NekoTech Ventures

NekoTech Ventures is a small software company with a simple philosophy: build focused tools that solve real problems for the people who actually have them. We don't chase trends or add features because we can. We build what's needed, then stop.

The products we ship are opinionated by design. Every decision, from the data model to the UI, is made in service of a specific use case. That constraint is intentional. Trying to do everything for everyone is a reliable path to doing nothing well. We'd rather be excellent at one thing than mediocre at ten.

Today that means VoteAlly, secure online voting for associations and nonprofits that need verifiable, transparent elections, and ChapterPulse, a newsletter design, automation, and analytics tool for PMI chapters that eliminates the hours of manual work behind every member communication. Both came from real frustration with work that should not be this hard.

A note from the founder

I started this company because I kept running into the same situation: a real problem, an existing tool that came close but missed the mark in some fundamental way, and a choice between accepting the friction or building something better. I kept choosing to build.

What I've learned is that the missed mark is almost always a scope problem. The existing tool was built for a broader audience than the people with the problem. NekoTech Ventures exists to build for the narrower audience, on purpose. If you're the kind of person who cares about the details of your tools, I think you'll feel that in what we make.
